My parents were working in Dallas and my grandfather was very traditional, from the South, and he wanted my middle name to be Ines – a family name. I am named after the place where I was conceived. That subconsciously instilled a lot of confidence in me. He was also supportive of me and he believed that it was possible to make a living as an actor.
